Mommy/Harrison Day

Today Scott took William to his very first NASCAR race along with having pit passes. Since he was taking William out, Harrison and I had our own special day too. First we went to church- doesn't he look so handsome? Then we stopped by the fish store to let Harrison pick out his own fish. William has pretty much declared all the fish in the tank his (especially the froggy and starfish). Harrison had his eye on an ugly green eel but I persuaded him to pick the pretty yellow tang instead.

Afterwards we went home for a nice lunch and nap. It is so much quieter with only one child in the house. And Harrison loves having his pick of the toys. After his nap, we took a walk to the park and then played with bubbles in the front yard.

We had a nice pizza dinner at a family fun center where Harrison played games. The woman at the counter thought he was so cute that she gave him a bag full of toys regardless of how many tickets he had.

Harrison played with Miss Belle before bed and now he is tuckered out. I think he had a pretty good day and it was so nice to have that special one on one time with him.

I am sure I will post a new post of Daddy/William day once they get home and I see some pictures.
